Hi fellow family enthusiast,

I’m Lisa, the heart behind Fambly, writing this from my home in Amsterdam, usually with a cup of tea in hand and a sketchbook full of ideas nearby.

A year ago, my husband and I started dreaming about something warm, soft, and simple: a way to celebrate the little moments families create every single day. The sleepy morning cuddles. The first giggles. The slow Sundays together.

Those are the moments you wish you could hold onto forever right?
So we asked ourselves: What if clothing could help capture them?
Minimal, elegant pieces that didn’t shout, but felt like family.
That’s how Fambly was born.

Why am I starting this weekly blog?

I’ve always been the person who instinctively drifts toward baby clothes, nursery setups, parenting stories, and anything that has to do with family life. I daydream a lot about having my own little one someday, and until then, I pour that love into this brand.

This blog is my place to connect with you in a deeper way. Beyond products. Beyond posts. Just real thoughts, real stories, and real inspiration around the world of families.

What you can expect here

In this series, I want to share the things I’m learning along the way. My experiences, my views, the little discoveries that make family life feel softer and more meaningful. And I’d genuinely love to hear from you too. Your comments, your stories, your tips… that’s how this becomes a real community, not just a blog.

We’ll talk about all kinds of topics, from practical guides to heartfelt moments - things like what to pack in your hospital bag, how to set up a cozy nursery, meaningful gift ideas, understanding infertility and TTC struggles, matching family outfits, and the everyday parenting moments that make us smile, cry, or both.

And at the end of each post, I’ll share my weekly Fambly favourite,  a piece that connects to the theme or simply something I’m loving at the moment.
