  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Custom-made or personalized products (e.g., printed on-demand items) are exempt from return unless they are defective or damaged.

  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s).
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise requested.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at famblyteam@gmail.com  with photos of the item and the issue. We will offer a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

6. Who Covers the Return Shipping Costs?

  • For unwanted items: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • For damaged or incorrect items: We will cover the cost of return shipping.

7. Exemptions

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized products unless defective.
  • Digital goods or downloadable products.
  • Items purchased on sale or as part of a clearance offer.
