• On-Demand Production: Once you place an order, it is sent directly to production. This ensures minimal waste and guarantees you receive high-quality, freshly crafted items tailored just for you.

2. How Long Does It Take to Produce Your Order?

We’re as excited as you are for you to receive your unique Fambly items!

• Production Time: Our on-demand production process typically takes 2-4 business days, depending on the specific product. 

3. How Long Does Shipping Take?

After your order is crafted to perfection, we aim to deliver it as quickly as possible.

• Shipping Time: Shipping usually takes an additional 2-5 business days, depending on your location.
• You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped, so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery destination. We strive to keep shipping rates competitive while ensuring reliable service. Free shipping for all orders above 70€ in Europe.

5. International Shipping

Fambly ships across Europe and selected international locations. Shipping times for orders outside Europe may vary and could take longer. Customs fees or additional charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations, which are the responsibility of the customer.
